Questions

Do we have to install anything?

No. Relay runs in the browser, and there is a light and a dark theme for all-day use. Instant Relay is an optional Chrome extension for staff who work the load boards.

Can we bring our history from our current system?

Yes. Customers, carriers, units, orders and open balances are imported as part of onboarding, so you start with your own data.

Does Relay handle Canadian and cross-border carriers?

Yes. It handles CAD and USD with foreign exchange, NSC and CSA carrier safety, and multiple companies under one login.

Will it make changes to our money on its own?

No. Relay proposes matches and figures, and a person confirms them. Every confirmed action records who did it and can be undone.
