Questions

What does early access mean?

Relay runs a carrier's dispatch and billing today. We're adding a small number of carriers of 20 to 50 trucks and setting each one up with them, so we can move your data carefully and fix what your operation needs.

What does it cost?

Relay TMS is $300 a month, Relay Books adds $100, and Relay Bay is $500, in Canadian dollars plus tax. It's the same price whether you run 5 trucks or 500, with unlimited users. There's no contract: you pay month to month and can cancel anytime.

Do we have to install anything?

No. Relay runs in the browser, in light or dark mode. Instant Relay is an optional Chrome extension for staff who work the load boards.

Will it change our money on its own?

No. Relay proposes matches and figures, and a person confirms them. Every confirmed action records who did it and can be undone.

We've switched systems before and it didn't stick. Why is this different?

You keep your current system running until Relay's numbers match it, so nothing depends on a single cut-over day. And Relay was built with the people who use it every day at a working carrier.
